my new year's resolution

Okay it's to read 12 books. One per month. I'm all about doing a really attainable New Year's Resolution. I just want to publish it here to up the accountability.

I'm currently reading Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. It's a story of two high school kids who fall in love in the 1980s. I'm only a few pages in, but I think there are aspects of domestic abuse in the story. I am already very interested to find out what happens. 

I also think we're going to give the blog a makeover. You'll know if we did or not when you come to read it and it looks different. That's how you'll know we did it.
